Full feed flexibility

Coil, bar loader magazine or single part feed: The KE can be configured for a great variety of raw materials. Especially with the single part feed workpart specific solutions can be best realised with the KE. So with this point as well the basis for a high productivity is made - especially in the finishing processing of extruded-, forged- or casting parts.

High-performance

High cycle performances are reached by the KE machines through the mechanical control which is supplemented with hydraulic or NC control of single working units depending on the requirements. Cycle times starting from 0,75 secondes guarantee economic efficiency by the production of medium and large series.

Through the SPS control and through the integrity of hydraulically controlled units the flexibility of the machine range KE has become a totally new standard. With clear text display, error diagnostic and operator control the new SPS control offers substantial advantages for the operator. Integrated control possibilities allow to use the machine without "man power".

Fully developed technology

Especially in the production of workparts which require tight concentricity tolerances the KE Trunion Transfer machines demonstrate its forces. A high concentricity accuracy and consequently an absolute centric can be guarantueed through the centrical clamping of the workparts in the clamping ring.

Powerful performance

The clamping ring of KE is equipped with wedge clamping and layed out in a manner that also during difficult processing - as for example with bores till 10 mm ø in steel - the necessary clamping strength and so the necessary precision is achieved.

High variety of processing

Knurling, cutting thread continuously and recessing is possible on every spot of the workpart through special units which are already in use between material feed and workpart clamping in the receiving ring. In addition to this assembly works can be executed during the complet processing in one clamping.

Reliability for the future

The KE range offers an investment security by the consistent modular structure. 80 per cent of all machine parts are standardized from machine type to machine type and can be exchanged for new processing requirements. This well-considered construction of the modular concept affects positively the daily processing of the spare parts on stock as well.
